1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course or material.
• The content has not been fully downloaded or completed.
• The reason is valid, such as duplicate payment or technical issues from our side.

Refunds are not applicable once a course is fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.

2. Requesting a Refund

• Your full name and registered email.
• Date of purchase and transaction ID.
• Reason for the refund request.

We will review the request within 7 working days and, if approved, process the refund within 14 working days via the original payment method.

3. Partial Refunds

If only part of a service or course has been consumed, we may issue a partial refund proportional to the unused portion.

4. Cancellation by Malware Mentor

If Malware Mentor cancels or fails to deliver a course or session, a full refund will be issued automatically.

5. No-Show or Non-Participation

If you fail to attend a live class or session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. However, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
